Recent

Random Fortune : Using the paper slips saved from mostly real fortune cookies, I've written a simple page to present them at random.
In Memory of Niklaus Wirth : Niklaus Wirth died on New Year's Day 2024, at the age of 89. Today would have been his 90th birthday. In his memory, here is my solution to the final exercise in the first chapter of the 1976 edition of his text book, Algorithms + Data Structures = Programs.

Developing

At present, I am playing with HTML and CSS to construct this site.

Metronome : I've built a simple browser-based metronome for myself. It uses the Web Audio API, and I followed much of the advice given in A tale of two clocks. There are still a few glitches that I should correct, and presently it does not work at all on iOS or iPadOS.
